Steve’s Chinese Heritage Group Dinner

Steve is taking on the second Foodwiser meal this coming Sunday for the Chinese Heritage Group! His souse chef Joanne is helping him to design the menu as they attempt a test kitchen tonight. One of the dishes discussed is Nobu’s Miso Black Cod (yummy!).
